Samantha Lamb's desperate attempt to lose weight so she can safely donate one of her organs to her husband Andy, who is dying of kidney failure. In her clinically obese state, the operation could prove fatal, so she has embarked on a healthy diet and spends one hour a day at the gym. However, time is running out for Andy, whose heart is being weakened by the dialysis that is keeping him alive. Narrated by David Tennant. *
