Doctor Who star 'dream headteacher'

Aspiring headteachers should attempt to emulate Doctor Who star David Tennant, a survey of primary school children has found.
The Time Lord topped a poll of children's "dream headteachers", seeing off competition from US President Barack Obama, Harry Potter author JK Rowling and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole.
Asked the reasons for their choice, almost half (47%) of the nine to 11-year-olds polled said it was because their chosen celebrity was "fun".
A third (33%) said they had picked "someone they could look up to", while the same proportion cited the celebrity's popularity as a reason.
More than a quarter (27%) picked someone for their intelligence.
The children were given a list of celebrities to choose from, with 26% picking Tennant. President Obama, Cole, and Rowling each received 9% of the vote.
Around one in eight (12%) said they would pick none of those on the list as their dream choice.
The survey, commissioned by the National College for the Leadership of Schools and Children's Services (NCSL), also looked at the impact headteachers have on pupils.
The findings show that three in four pupils (75%) say the head makes them feel happy to be at school.
Almost nine in 10 (88%) of students agreed that their headteacher wants the best for their school, while just over three-quarters (78%) said their head was fair and understands right from wrong.
