Has there been any identification of the reference to "Theta Sigma" in the greek letters below "Hello Sweetie" in the current episode? I am wondering if it is a hint at the Doctor's 'secret name' or a reference to his wife's name that signed the message. Does anyone have any insight into this? Thanks!

Isn't it the coordinates of where he had to travel, to find River?

if you dig through the wiki, you will find (if memory serves) Theta Sigma was either part of the doctors name or a nickname given by other timelords in his younger (school?) years. This is mentioned several times during the old doctor episodes, though I'm not sure which ones. Again, it's been a while since I looked it up, but you can easily fact check it.

You're correct, the Doctor is known to at least one schoolmate as "Thete," short for "Theta Sigma," which is supposed to be a reference to the Doctor's name. I assumed that the greek letters theta and sigma were there to validate that it was him she was addressing. The rest of the line I assume is the "coordinates" he mentioned.
