The crew and fans can be seen here. The crew are set up just outside the White house. The Doctor and Amy are being filmed by the van (below) whilst I took this photo.
Amy Pond preparing for a scene here. When action is shouted by the Director the the Doctor and Amy can be seen by this van, then the Doctor runs very quickly towards the white house (is this house where Amy lives?)

This is just after the pond scene was recorded.
The Doctor slapping his head twice, this was part of a scene were he stands up from sitting at the pond whilst talking to Amy Pond. He is very animated whilst he does this!
The Doctor, just stood up and this is just before his slaps his (big) head twice!... I mean, he could hardly miss!!
Doctor 11 & Amy Pond recording a scene - the Doctor is in pain here, he falls back to the ground. Dialogue can be found on a previous post in the Blog. 
As you can see from this photo, Doctor 11 is wearing Doctor 10 clothes... and his shirt is damaged.
One of the many takes recording this scene of the Doctor and Amy. As you can see the Doctor is sat at the edge of the small pond. He is talking to Amy Pond who is dressed in a Police Officer uniform. Amy Pond is wearing a very short skirt and looks very sexy! This scene takes place a very short walk up the road from the white house (Amy's house?) where filming recently took place, not far at all.

The fans were quite close really, only about 20-30ft away... I think I heard the following dialogue:

"It's certainly a strange one - the crew have been setting up, in a big way today, since the early afternoon, yet nothing seems to be happening till monday. Very strange. I almost expect it all to be a double bluff and they will be filming at midnight tonight. Anyway, they have turned the already picturesque Llandaff into a lovely quaint Midsummer Murder type village. Pub, newsagents, sweet shop and post office all in attendance. Posters also confirm it is set in the 90's and from the poster about Nintendo - sometime in the middle of the 90s when they launched the N64....?"

Paul McGann not hopeful of reunion
Former Doctor Who star Paul McGann has revealed he has given up hope of taking part in a rumoured reunion of actors who have played the Time Lord.
He said he had no expectations of ever returning to the role and claimed he has had no contact with the BBC since he left the set of a one-off TV movie in 1996 in which he made his only appearance.
There have been reports that the past Who actors were being rounded up for a Children In need special, but McGann doubted he would ever return to the role: "It's highly unlikely, because since I walked off that set in 1996, no one's ever called me, I've never met these people, I've never been down to Cardiff and met what's his face, Russell T Davies (who masterminded Doctor Who's revival)."
There have been reports that the past Who actors were being rounded up for a Children In need special, but McGann doubted he would ever return to the role: "It's highly unlikely, because since I walked off that set in 1996, no one's ever called me, I've never met these people, I've never been down to Cardiff and met what's his face, Russell T Davies (who masterminded Doctor Who's revival)."
He added: "So no, maybe haven't they got my number. There's always rumours, it's nice to stoke the fire. I'm always hearing them."
McGann also revealed he was sick of fans coming up and quoting famous lines to him from cult comedy Withnail And I in which he starred.
More than 20 years after the film's release, McGann said he did not mind talking about the film, but he had grown tired of hearing about "thumbs going weird", "the finest wines available to humanity" and "going on holiday by mistake".
"Withnail gets a little bit tiresome when people start playing the scenes out," he said.
McGann is starring in a new ITV drama, Collision.
