The crew and fans can be seen here. The crew are set up just outside the White house. The Doctor and Amy are being filmed by the van (below) whilst I took this photo.
Amy Pond preparing for a scene here. When action is shouted by the Director the the Doctor and Amy can be seen by this van, then the Doctor runs very quickly towards the white house (is this house where Amy lives?)
