I managed to catch some more Doctor Who location filming on Wednesday 07th October 2009. The scene where Matt Smith hurt his hand was filmed repeatedly. The other scene that was filmed involved a dog infront of a green screen.

*SPOILER dialogue*
I was stood with fellow Who fan Fiona watching the filming, and we both heard the Doctor say the following:
Doctor: "...friends up there scanning the planet for extra terrestrial technology...... Prisoner Zero...... For the sake of the six billion people stop hiding...... Level 5000 and I haven't used all the tv settings yet...... Do you think they noticed that?"
The Director shouts to the actors that the following is happening:
- Pub sign spinning
- Car alarms are going off
- Windscreen wippers are going off
- The Fire engine ladders are going up and down
- Aerials are going mad - Little helicopter goes off in boys hand
As the sonic explodes, the Doctor hits the ground shouting "No, no don't drop that"
The following was heard:

Sonic screwdriver Level 4000

New Doctor Who companion, actress Karen Gillan, leads the eleventh Doctor played by Matt Smith across the village green in Llandaff, Cardiff during filming for the new series of the BBC Wales show.

Fans to redesign Tardis console
Blue Peter presenter Andy Akinwolere inside the TardisCBBC show Blue Peter has launched a competition to design a new Tardis console that will appear in the next series of Doctor Who.
Children aged between six and 12 are invited to create the new control panel which operates the time machine.
For the purposes of the plot, designs for the hexagonal console must incorporate household objects.
The winning design, to be chosen by new Doctor Matt Smith, will appear in one episode of the sci-fi show next year.
Entries will be judged in three different age categories, with the winner of each age group getting to visit the Doctor Who set and meet the cast and crew, including the Doctor.
'Originality and creativity'
Doctor Who production designer Edward Thomas, who is also on the judging panel, advised entrants: "Don't come along with a design that's finished and too technical - it needs to have a lot of character.
"It's about being clever with what you find around the house and make sure it really feels as if the Doctor has put it together."

After the pond scene was filmed, MS and KG went for a sit down and this scene was filmed... extras were placed around the village green and when filming started they all held their mobile telephone to the sky... then after a short time they then shook their heads a little!
